Seyi Wright,
Chief Executive Officer of L&V, has conducted over 100 Management Development seminars, co-ordinated a number of consulting projects and has over 28 years working experience. A significant part of Seyi’s experience was in the banking industry. He was until April 1997, Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Merchant Bank.
Before then, he had worked with Chase Merchant Bank, Lagos (an affiliate of Chase Manhattan Bank New York), which later changed to Continental Merchant Bank. He was at various times the head of the Corporate Banking Division and Capital Markets Division of the Bank. Seyi holds a Masters Degree from the University of Ibadan, and has attended several management training programs including the International Executive Program at IMD, Switzerland and the Executive Internship Program in International Banking at American Express Bank Limited, New York.
Tokie Cardoso,
Mr. Cardoso, Chief Executive Officer of Change Management
Associates Limited, a consultancy company, has a Masters Degree in Management Sciences and Operation Research, with emphasis on Systems Analysis from Imperial College, University of London. He worked briefly with National Westminster Bank in London and with Shell BP in Nigeria as a Petroleum Engineer. Mr. Cardoso has several years consulting experience mainly with Price Waterhouse Associates in Lagos. Prior to leaving Price Waterhouse, he was the partner in charge of Management Consultancy in the firm.
Akin Oparison,
Dr Oparison has extensive experience in human resources management. A one time Human Resources Director of Nigeria Tobacco Company, (a member of BAT Industrial Group) has a Masters Degree in Management and Technology and a Doctorate Degree (Thesis: “Organisation Strategy, Structure and Environment”) from the University of Wales. A part-time faculty of Lagos Business School, Dr Oparison worked with Price Waterhouse as a Management Consultant for about four years as the human resources manager. He is an Associate Member of British Institute of Management.
